Rayse connects people who have similar health experiences

We transform the healthcare journey so no one feels alone during challenging times.

Hey, I’m Rachel

I went through a hysterectomy and surgical menopause by the age of 30, and I felt completely alone.

For the past five years, I’ve been building a community to support people navigating their healthcare journeys, sharing experiences, answering questions, and helping people feel less isolated.

I have built Rayse Community because it’s what I wish I had.

Access to other people going through the same thing. Whether you’re recovering from a hysterectomy, navigating HRT for the first time or you’re managing a lifelong condition, such as endometriosis, you are not alone…

Kind Words

"I cant really describe in words how invaluable the support I have received by you creating such an amazing support community. HRT, Pre surgery, Post surgery and EVERYTHING in-between has been amazing the kind of support you have offered and created."

Yla

"This group is a great and safe space to help women. Rachel has brought so much help and information to the group, it's a time in our lives we're information gathering can be very overwhelming. I can recommend Rayse and feel completely safe in what Rachel has created."
